Squedioe is a subscription service and by placing an order with us, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and are either the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission. The service is provided by Heets Media Pte Ltd. You will be charged [price] every [interval] and your subscription will automatically renew. These charges will be due from your prepaid balance or added immediately to your monthly mobile phone bill. You can unsubscribe from the service by texting [keyword] to [short code]. The operator may charge data according to your plan. By registering and/or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, that you are a resident of Canada, you are 18 years of age or older and are the mobile account holder or have the consent of the mobile account holder. These Terms will apply to all services provided by Squedio unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights or obligations imposed by Canadian law.
Cancel
To unsubscribe, please send [keyword] to [shortcode]. This text message is not case sensitive, but any other variation of this text may not be accepted (eg, please stop). Please consider the service successfully terminated only after you receive a FREE text message reply to the effect “You have been removed from Squedio” confirming that you have terminated your subscription. By providing us with your mobile number via the Internet, through online advertisements or any other promotions, you will gain access to the selected service. You agree that any information you provide through our website or otherwise is true, accurate and complete and that you will ensure that such information is kept accurate and up to date at all times. We reserve the right to require verification of your age, identity and contact details. You will be billed via carrier billing (depending on your network). If you have logged in via the Internet; you will need to enter your mobile number and then click on a specific subscribe button to confirm your subscription to the Squedio service. You will then be asked to confirm your subscription by confirming a PIN number sent to your mobile phone via text message. It is very important that you respond as indicated, as this is when you will gain access to the Squedio Service and Portal. Once you have responded as requested and confirmed your subscription, your access to the Service begins. You will receive a free text message confirming how to unsubscribe and contact us. You will only have access to the Squedio site for 7 days from the last date of your renewal, therefore your access to the Squedio site at the time of unsubscribing will depend on where during that 7 day period you canceled your subscription.The first week’s billed message will be sent to your mobile phone shortly after you confirm your subscription. Continuation of the General Terms and Conditions
If a mobile network operator encounters failed attempts to deliver a premium message before the user sends the stop command, the network may still attempt to re-deliver the failed message even after the stop command has been sent to the host. Users understand and accept that the organizer has no control over this matter. However, the Promoter will ensure that no new premium messages are generated after receiving a valid stop command. All stop commands are responded to with a free text confirmation of the stop command and the cancellation of the subscription as explained in the cancellation section of this page. Our liability
The liability of the organizer and its management company is limited to the amount of fees actually paid. We are not liable:
● for any loss or damage which we could not reasonably be expected to foresee at the outset of the agreement, or for any loss or damage to data, systems, equipment or
● the actions of any independent third parties in connection with the drawing, in particular the determination of the validity of a potential winner and any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the drawing.

Our products and services are provided through this website and no physical copies are provided. All of these products are subject to copyright protection and may not be copied or distributed. These products and services are owned by Squedio. By joining the Service, you will be granted a Squedio account, you have been granted a license to access the products and services subject to these terms. These products and services have not been sold to a user who has a Squedio account. The customer may not copy, distribute, share, edit, sell or modify the product in any form. Squedio may encrypt any of this information to protect our products and services.

Assignment
Squedio reserves the right to assign agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The user has no right to transfer their rights or obligations arising from their agreement and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Claims procedure
We always do our best to meet the needs of those who contact us, but we appreciate that sometimes you may find yourself in a situation where you are not satisfied with the service provided. If you wish to make a complaint about a contact you have had or a service you have received from us, then this policy sets out the process to use. All complaints will be dealt with appropriately and investigated by a member of staff at the company with enough experience to solve the problems. While dealing with your complaint, we promise to treat you with respect at all times, in turn we expect the same behavior from our staff. All of the above information will be kept confidential and private to be used solely for the purpose of investigating and responding to the complaint submitted. This information will not be provided to third parties unless absolutely necessary to fully investigate the complaint, by submitting a complaint you agree that this may happen.
People who can complain
A complaint can be made by someone who has received services from or related to Heets Media Pte Ltd, or a representative of the above described service user. Where a representative wishes to make a complaint on behalf of someone else, they may need to provide evidence that they have the service user’s permission to make the complaint or inquiry on their behalf.
Once a complaint has been lodged
All complaints will be responded to within 1 working day, but if further investigation is required before an explanation/resolution can be provided, we aim to resolve your complaint within 10 working days. In responding to your complaint, we will follow the procedures set out in this policy, unless otherwise agreed with the complainant, and will ensure that:
● You understand how to proceed with your complaint and are informed about it.
● You will be informed immediately of the outcome of your complaint
● Your complaint and the information you give us is treated confidentially
● We will tell you what steps we intend to take to remedy any complaint that is upheld.
Complaints must be made as soon as possible after the incident giving rise to the complaint. We expect all complaints to be current; however, we will accept a historical complaint if we are satisfied that:
● The complainant can show a good reason for not making the complaint sooner and
● Despite the delay, it is still possible to investigate the complaint effectively and fairly
It is important for the complainant to be aware that if their complaint involves a dispute about their use of or registration with any of our services, they may be required to provide evidence that supports their claim (eg a copy of a mobile phone bill). As with any other personal information, in any case where a complainant is required to provide additional information or documentation, it will be used only for the sole purpose of investigating and responding to the complaint submitted and will be kept confidential and private. All complainants have the right to refer their complaint to the appropriate governing body if they are not satisfied with the outcome of our investigation, but this referral must be made by the complainant and will not be made by Heets Media Pte Ltd on behalf of the complainant. All applicants will be given the opportunity to receive a confirmation letter or email upon request. This will discuss not only the complaint itself, but also how it has been dealt with so far and the period in which the investigation of the complaint is likely to be completed.
Once the complaint has been dealt with
Once the investigations have been completed, a report can be provided on request which includes:
● A detailed explanation of how the complaint was dealt with
● The conclusions reached, including any necessary corrective action, and
● Confirmation that any action required or has already been taken , or, if not already taken, the proposed timetable for when this action will be completed
● A letter/email will be sent to the complainant when necessary confirming all of the information above and reminding them of their right to proceed with the matter, if they are not satisfied with the result.
In circumstances where the response/final outcome of the investigation is not ready within 10 working days, we will notify the complainant accordingly and explain the reason.
